Justin & Jill Engaged

Well the beginning of 2010 has been strange weather wise. Just a week ago the weather was quite comfortable. Todays e-session had plenty of great light, but it was windy and quite chilly. This however did not stop Justin and Jill from giving us some great photographs.

Tom & Jennifer Engaged

The last few engagement sessions have been in our own back yard at Washington Lake Park. Tom and Jennifer requested the e-session to take place at their house.

We gladly said yes even before we realized how much passion Tom had for this house.

The house was built in the 1800's and the craftmanship is like no other by today's standards. Tom expained to us that it took him a few years to restore the outside and now he was ready to tackle the inside of this magnifcant piece of history.

We do not want to leave out their dog, Comet... part Pug, part Beagle.... boy that dog is hyper! We were able to get a few photographs with him before he went into full born "I am ready to play" mode.

Tim & Nicole Engaged

It was very nice to hear from our friend Caroline requesting we photograph her daughter's wedding. We had the pleasure of photographing Nicole's brother Ed's wedding in 2008... and soon it will be her time to get married! Wow how time flies by... kids grow up and well, get married. 

So onto yet another fun e-session. Good weather, good light and good company. We even had some old school Batman trivia (Tim was not even born when the first Batman movie came out... but he stumped us on a trivia question from the movie... almost got it though). These two are just adorable together.... which translates into great photographs. 

Chris & Casey Engaged

What an absolutely beautiful day for a walk in the park..... and some engagement photos. One of the reasons we like doing engagement sessions is to spend some time getting to know our couples. Casey says she is the comedian of the two.... Chris says he is the romancer.... what a perfect combination! It was great to just hang out with the two of them and take in the evening sun. We had so much fun with them and are looking forward to photographing their wedding next month..... stay tuned.
