As we arrived, we were greeted by a horse on a farm across from their house. The horse came right up to the fence as we got out of our car. Sorry Mr Ed (or Mrs Ed)... we don't have any treats for you today. Leyna was sporting her "soon to be Mrs" shirt and was eager to get things rolling. After photographing the dress and details, Leyna slipped into her dress and we were ready to do her portraits. Leyna looked amazing, and was a perfect model for us. We finished up with some family and bridesmaids pic's.... and then off to the Merion.
A few quick photo's of Tom, his family, and the Groomsmen, we were ready for their "first look". It was very dramatic as Leyna made her way toward Tom down The Merion's long staircase. Words cannot describe this moment as the two of them glanced and then embraced each other. A few formals and then it was time to get married.
The Ceremony was held in the Merion ceremony room. The lights dialed down low added to the ambiance. Immediately following the ceremony was the cocktail hour. Now the Merion knows how to put together a cocktail hour! What a spread!
Following the announcements, the Merion's staff greeted the newlyweds with sparklers and roses. During the reception, Frank of Center Stage Entertainment, had the party rocking all evening long.
We would also like to recognize all the vendors involved in making this a memorable event.
